CPT codes:
Discussion 90837 is 53 min - 60 min psychotherapy
or Coded 97139 for unlisted therapeutic procedure
Modality has to be documented but there is not a code for that
Follow up with BCBS, Tricare/Triwest, and Medicaid to use what their preference is
Insurance:
Waiting to hear back, as the remainder of the credentialling bill will be due when insurance are complete
It seems that Medicaid, BCBS and Tricare and Triwest are all on board and have approved based on e-mails received.

Discussion of why fees are changing: Insurances not paying due to the change platform hack. Hospitals, clinics, and providers accepting insurance are struggling as insurance is not paying and claims are being denied.

Issue Payment for horse care:
It was agreed that since average cost for a month of boarding is 1200-2000 per horse that Tabula Rasa inc would pay 75 per horse per month for a total of 225 a month for all of the horses to be cared for at this time; with discussion at a later time of boarding fees left open at the request of Michelle.
As it was voted on in March: fee for both March and April amounts to 450
