We are pleased to accept Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) grants, providing philanthropists and donors with an additional avenue to support our mission and advance our work.

Appointments and Visitor Policy
We operate by appointment only and cannot accommodate walk-in clients or visitors.
All clients and visitors must have a scheduled appointment. Additionally, all required paperwork must be completed, submitted, and reviewed and accepted prior to arrival at our location.
Crisis and Emergency Services
Please be advised that we are NOT a crisis intervention center and are unable to provide immediate crisis or emergency assistance.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require immediate support, please take one of the following steps:

Proceed to the nearest emergency department or crisis care center for immediate assistance.

Please note that services at both locations are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY certain services are offered exclusively at the Tabula Rasa Inc. headquarters in Hot Springs, South Dakota, while other services are available at both locations. Please confirm your appointment location and service details in advance.
Important: All intake paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours before your first scheduled session.
Arrival Instructions:
Please review and follow any location-specific instructions provided for your appointment.
Due to the loss of the original HQ building during a storm, If your appointment is scheduled at the HQ location in Hot Springs, follow your instructions to the temporary HQ office, appropriate field or trail.
Required Paperwork: All intake paperwork must be completed before crossing the cattle guard onto the property.
Parking: Please park on the designated parking pad near the easement. Do not drive into the field.Please respect confidentiality and arrive shortly before your appointment and exit after.
For those with appointments at the Outreach office:
Parking: is located in the front of the building.
